Our Preferred Partner Program helps brokerages unlock additional income by partnering with trusted local service providers—contractors, roofers, inspectors, cleaners, and more—who pay to be featured as recommended vendors.

These partners gain targeted exposure through:

PARTNER BENEFITS:

1. HOST EDUCATIONAL SEMINARS

Host a minimum of one lunch or breakfast at Brokerage's Office to present Partner’s products or services to Brokerage's Associates. Partner shall provide all food and refreshments.


2. CLICKABLE LOGO LINKED TO COMPANY WEBSITE

Preferred Partner’s logo and a clickable outbound link from the logo to the Partner’s website on the “Preferred Partners” tab on the Real Estate Brokerage and Realvisory websites.


3. EXCLUSIVE USE OF COMPANY’S PREFERRED PARTNER” LOGO

Authorization from the Brokerage to include the Brokerage on the Partner’s website and other marketing materials, with a special logo from the Preferred Partner program that states “Preferred Partner” during the term of Membership. 


4. BROCHURES ON DISPLAY RACK

Opportunity to place the Partner’s professional marketing brochure in the Real estate brokerage office, in the marketing display rack provided by Realvisory. Each Partner must provide their professional marketing brochures and refill as needed.


5. EMAIL MARKETING

Each Brokerage will email all Team Members, solicitation materials on the Partners’s behalf, a maximum of six (6) times per year, with marketing materials designed and created by each Partner and provided to each Brokerage.


6. ACCESS TO ALL NEW AGENT’S CONTACT INFO

Receive a copy of each brokerage's “new hire” agent email announcement so the Partner can introduce themselves by email, to each new agent. Partner may solicit newly hired agents by email only.


7. COMPLIMENTARY INVITE TO COMPANY EVENTS

Receive invitations to the brokerage's social events (Happy Hours, Office Parties, Fundraisers, etc.) 


8. AVAILABLE CONTACT INFO ON www.realvisorypro.com

All contact information for the Partner will be placed on Realvisory’s and the Real Estate Brokerages website for easy access by Team Members.


9. PROMOTIONAL VIDEO

A 5+ minute, personal video interview with the Broker or a recorded video conference interview with the Broker will be produced for each Preferred Partner. The video(s) will be placed on the brokerage's Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and YouTube pages.


10. TABLE AT BROKERAGE REGIONAL HOLIDAY EVENT

Eligible to purchase a seat or table on a first-come-first-serve basis at the Brokerages regional holiday event.


11. LOGO PLACEMENT IN COMPANY NEWSLETTER

Recognized in Company Newsletter that is sent to the brokerages contact list as well as industry Real estate Professionals


12. FACEBOOK PROMO

Preferred Partner Spotlight on the Brokerages Facebook page at least once during the first 90-days of Partnership and each renewal period.


13. DIGITAL MARKETING FLYER

A professional digital marketing flyer (JPG) will be made by Realvisory announcing the Preferred Partner and emailed to all Team Members at least once during the first 90- days of Partnership.


14. TABLE AT BROKERAGES ANNUAL AWARDS

Table placement at Real Estate Brokerages annual awards dinner, which is scheduled on a yearly basis at a high-profile location. Preferred Partner table price and/or sponsorship costs are NOT included in the Partnership Program and must be purchased separately by the Preferred Partner.


15. ROUND TABLE DISCUSSION

Preferred Partner round table discussion at least once per calendar year, which will be moderated by Realvisory to discuss how we can better network together and cross-refer each other’s businesses. All current Preferred Partners will be invited to attend.
